Yesterday was a special day for a very simple reason: I managed to relax.
My parents brought me to an adventure park in the mountains and I had a great time.
It’s strange for me to feel in a good mood, but I was. On the courses, my mind was free. It was just me, my muscles and the trees: I felt at piece.
Each track was a mission I had to complete and my mind was completely focused on how to get to the other side, no interference. It was beautiful and, obviously, fun.
As an added bonus, on the way back from the mountains I saw some baby goats. So cute!

These moments of calm are rare, but they do exist and aren’t limited to only this occasion.
It’s important to remember this: whenever you’re having a bad day, know that there may be a good one in your near future.
This thought keeps me going and reminds me why I keep fighting.
Also, I tired myself out so much that I managed to get a good night’s sleep. I’m grateful for the experience.
Yours sincerely,
Dysfunctional Girl
